Learning the cloud with a problem solution approach.
One of the materials I wanted to learn this year was AWS PaaS and SaaS. Since I am already working with AWS S3, RDS and other services on my regular job, I figured I should get certified too. However I found the resources online to be too tidous and I have procrastinated on taking the exams for too long.
The materials you find online are not prepared with a developer in mind. So you will immediately observe how they might go the extra in explaining the need for a data streaming service or loud balancer or other technology.
Furthermore, the resources are all in all filled with markething junck. Instead of actually focusing on the challenges of streaming of data, it focuses on how the particular service has hundrends of benefits.
I find out that in process you might learn a tiny amout of actual useful concepts devending on your seniority and experience. Regardless, I believe there should be a solution problem approach to this problem. A book that first talks about the problems, the the solutions from either AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP.
